One time I was sick and my pal Sue made me to come to her house, promising to remedy me. She sat me in this overstuffed chair, let this meshy, mosquito net thing down and turned on a very calming and angelic light (see above). Then we had tea made from some root looking things that might have just been cinnamon sticks and she gave me a book to read and told me to just sit in the chair and sip the root or possibly cinnamon elixir until I felt better. After realizing the Marquez was in Spanish and that maybe cinnamon-root wasn’t for me, I instead took in the undeniably comfortable cocoon Sue had fashioned in her little reading room, and snapped this picture before telling her how much better I felt and that Posey was probably needing a walk.

Then I went home and took some medicine. Medicine from Walgreens.

Or stung awake in the night
It’s alright to be frightened
